INS Land is a youthful and innovative group specializing in commercial real estate and content management. With projects established in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Xi'an, we are poised to replicate our successful model in key districts across China’s major cities and the globe. INS Land Shanghai is nestled in the historically and culturally rich Fuxing Park Shanghai. The building rises seven stories and covers a total area of 20,000 square meters. We operated more than 20 connected venues including clubs, restaurants, and live houses. Leveraging Hero Group’s expertise in digital development, cultural experience creation, and consumer engagement, we aim to build a one-stop cultural experience center for the next generation. This center blends esports, cultural performances, and cutting-edge music, creating a vibrant cultural playground for the young.
